Hoʻomākaukau – SSR and/or Re-take of the Hōkūleʻa vocabulary quiz

Haʻawi mai – the blog immersion form should already be turned into  the digital drop box on blackboard. Anything after 3:30 pm today is considered late and points will be deducted.

Haʻawina – blogging 101 – format, tagging, protocol, enticing readers; extended metaphor poem stanza 1

Haʻawina hoʻihoʻi

  1. write/finish stanza 1,
  2. work on vocab. tree co- due on the last day of the week that you have English,
  3. Hōkūleʻa final in digital drop box in blackboard by 3:30 pm on Friday, 9/24
  4. draft plus conference sheet turned in to me on the last day of the week

Tuesday, 9/21 D schedule 8-6-4-2

Hoʻomākaukau: bell ringer, makaʻala moment, just read/just write/just share – sacred places, author’s chair

Haʻawina: Blogging 102 – comments and follows; stanza 2, common errors on essay drafts and how to fix them

Haʻawina hoʻihoʻi:

  1. Write/finish stanza 2
  2. continue working on your vocab tree (can be turned in early)
  3. work on your final essay

Wednesday – same as Tuesday
